The H1 element has the following format ULR_PREFIX:MENU:MENU TITLE where:

URL_PREFIX - Restricts the menu to a subset of the site.

MENU - is one of Major, Minor, MinorMember and Footer

MENU TITLE - is a title applied to Major and Footer menus
