Jim Davis of Spirit of Caledonia - rare and bespoke whisky tastings, having just returned from his Scottish homeland will be on hand to guide the whisky loving folk in Tasmania through some amazing drams sourced from distilleries both here and abroad.
The evening will feature 6 (15ml) 'cask strength' single malts, with 4 of these being 'single cask' from Scotland, and all undoubtedly mind-blowingly awesome!
- Hobart Whisky - Devil's Distillery - Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky
- Launceston Distillery - Hangar 17 - Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky
- 4 x Scotch Malt Whisky Society (SMWS) single cask, cask strength - Single Malt Scotch Whiskies.
